This question can be found in our FAQ, but we use Canon EOS-1DS Mark II, Kodak ProBack645 and NIKON D1X mainly. But we may use other cameras for different shots. We rarely use any additional lenses, and if we did I wouldn't be 100% sure which ones off the top of my head. Just to make it clear, I'm not the only photographer. I usually stage alot of the shots, ensuring that we capture the right picture. We have a large team of photographer's so I'd have to ask regards to any lenses :)
